William O'Flaherty has been a computer enthusiast for many years. His first computer was an Atari ST back in 1987. Beginning in 1991 he started using IBM-compatible and has owned nearly a dozen of them since then.
William's interest in the Internet began in early 1995 when AOL was getting ready to add the World Wide Web to its services.
One of his first ventures into Web site publishing began with have several Quote of the Week sites. This eventually lead to the 4 Thoughts of the Week site.
The Computer Solution Minute Web site first appeared on March 1, 1998 and was created to provide support for the one-minute weekday feature heard on WLXN radio station based in Lexington, NC (hear 5:43 PM on AM 1440).
William's full-time job is being an Elementary Guidance Counselor in a school in Trinity, NC.
Here's a picture taken from that school during "mix-up" day where we had a little more choice in dressing than your typical "casual dress day."
